Minutes of the Lutton Parish Meeting held at Lutton Village Hall on 7th March 2022

2. Signing of Minutes from previous meeting 2.22
The Chairman signed the minutes of the previous Parish Meeting on 17th May 2021.
3. Report from the Chairman on Council Activities 3.22

4. Financial report from the clerk to the Council 4.22
Income
The total income for Lutton Parish Council for the financial year 2021-22 at the end of the third quarter is £30,281.37, including a precept of £29,000. Other income was from Allotment income (£6,479.84), Reclaimed VAT (£2561.53), income from Cemetery Matters (720.00) and other income (£500.00).
Expenditure
Total expenditure for the financial year 2021-22 at the end of the third quarter was £22,619.14, made up of Parks & Open Spaces and Cemetery ground maintenances (£11,254.80), Cemetery costs (£35.69) General Admin & Salaries (£9,263.55), Section 137 (£178.88) and Outstanding cheques (£1,886.22).
Audit
The External Audit for the previous financial year was completed, with no issues.
Budget
Total expenditure is expected to be under budget by approximately 15%.
