Update on outstanding matters

Parking issues at St Nicholas Primary School  - Morning drop off continues to work well, however, afternoon collection is an issue.  Cars being parked in junctions and double depth in places.  Clerk to request PCSO attends.

Potholes on Lutton Bank – Chariman reported on Fix My Street – marked as ‘actioned’.

Update on funding applications

The second application to UKSPF GRASSroots has been submitted with a decision expected by the end of April.   

 

Update on new equipment and repairs to Phase 1 equipment

The installation of phase 2 equipment is now complete. Clerk to confirm if repairs to Phase 1 were completed. 

 

Resolve on quote for yew tree works in Churchyard.

The Council resolved to accept the quote for the yew tree to be reduced by a third. Works to be completed in May.

Easter Bunny Visit 

The Easter Bunny will be in the park for a set time over the Easter weekend – day and time to be confirmed closer to the time, weather dependent.  

 

16. Community Speed Watch 35.24

Update on volunteers

Cllr Whittingham advised 3 volunteers have been identified. Gedney Parish is setting up a group and may join us to cover each area as a larger group.
