Resolve to accept Bank Reconciliation (2nd quarter)
Cllr E Woodhouse checked procedures for payments and receipts, and reconciled accounts with bank statements. As all processes and information reconciled with the Bank Reconciliation the Council resolved to accept it.
Discuss Budget Report (2nd Quarter)
This was briefly discussed.
Discuss draft budget for 2025/26 and resolve on precept
The Council resolved to increase the precept by 10% to £30,800 to meet increases in costs.
Resolve to update Clerk Wages in-line with updated LALC scale
The Council resolved to update the Clerk wages in-line with LALC Scales, back dated to 1st April 2024.
5. Chairman’s remarks 116.24
The Chairman is writing the next newsletter.
The Chairman met with Fiona from Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. Fiona suggested adding a scrape, to provide a natural wet area and attract invertebrates. Fiona will be sharing further information via email.
The Wildlife Trust tree pack has arrived, with a different range of trees. Tree protectors have not been included. The Chairman hopes to set the saplings at the weekend.

All correspondence from the previous meeting has been dealt with and replies sent where needed.

Emergency Plan – The Council discussed correspondence and resolved no action to be taken at this time.
8. Receive Reports From District And County Councillors 119.24
SHDC Garden waste collections – There is no longer a waiting list. On calling the Council and making payment, a bin will be delivered and collections commence.
Bins & Bags – Will be discussed at Full Council meeting in December.
District Garden Waste Collections – final collection of 2024 on Saturday 23rd November.
Widows Christmas meal – Jack has 10 tickets, Emma to share with Lutton residents.

The Council resolved to approve the application.
Resolve on quotes for granite stones
The Chairman has identified a supplier that will deliver. Chairman to visit supplier to make order.

All allotment rents for the half year April-October have been collected.
14. Play/Open Areas 125.24
Discuss future plans for park developments.
The Council discussed and quotes for park developments. The Council resolved to accept the quote from Sunshine Gym for exercise equipment.
The large football posts need removing. Clerk to get quotes for 16ft x 7ft football posts and a new basket ball hoop.
Old equipment removal to be reviewed in the spring.
15. Discuss Defibrillator Quotes And Funding 126.24
This was discussed. The Clerk can apply for funding. Chairman to make enquiries for defibrillators which do not require heated cabinets.

These were discussed, the Council made no changes and resolved mark as reviewed for another year.
18. Discuss Requirements For Christmas Events And Resolve On Budget 129.24
Santa Visit – Friday 13th December (Long Sutton), Saturday 14th December (Lutton Village green), Sunday 15th December (Sutton Bridge) Route to be confirmed. £200 allocated in budget for refreshments at Church.
Christmas Tree – chairman to identify tree supplier. £100 allocated in budget.
