Speeding on Lutton Bank – raised in Parish meeting. Parishioner interested in forming Community Speed Watch Group. Clerk to share contact details for Jan Whitbourn.
Antisocial Behaviour in the Park – Cllr E Saxton has been advised by a Parishioner there has been so antisocial behaviour in the evenings at the Park. Cllr Saxton to advise the parishioner to contact the PCSO to report any concerns.

d. Resolve to update the Clerks wages in line with update LALC Pay Scales
This was proposed, seconded and Resolved for the 2022-23 financial year and will include back payment of wage increase.
5. Chairman’s Remarks 26.23
The Chairman reported it has been a busy term, with some challenges, however the Council has achieved a great deal. The Chairman said it has been a pleasure chairing the Parish Council.
The Chairman thanked all Councillors for their contributions and efforts throughout their term. Particular thanks and well wishes to those councillors not standing again in the election. The Chairman sent personal thanks to Eric and Pat Saxton for all their work and support in the Parish.
The Chairman thanked the Clerk for her ongoing work.
The Chairman thanked the County and District Councillor for their continued support and wished them well in the upcoming election.
6. Police Matters 27.23

7. Clerks Report 28.23
All correspondence from the previous meeting has been dealt with and replies sent where needed.
The Clerk has acquired a quote to increase the Insurance cover to include the new play equipment. The Clerk will query additional costs to include the new noticeboard and benches.
8. Receive Reports From District And County Councillors 29.23
District Cllr J Tyrell
The Garden Waste collections will begin on Saturday 25th March, at Spring Gardens, Long Sutton. The first collection in Lutton will be on 27th May.
Youth Shed sessions start on 1st April, with 12 places on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
The Wombles insurance has been paid, so activities can continue.
County Cllr P Coupland
The repairs on Puddingpoke have been completed, to improve drainage.
The proposal to add yellow lines at St Nicholas Primary School have been shelved. There will be no parking restrictions added to the area.
The 30 MPH speed limit will be extended to further along Marriotts Gate to slow traffic coming into the village.

11. Cemetery Matters 32.23
Update on memorial repairs
The repair works to three memorials have been completed.
Update on bench for cemetery
To be installed once the weather improves.
Update on gate repair works at Lowgate
District Cllr Tyrell advised there is some funding available for Highways projects in the District. An application has been submitted to request kerbs be put in, the path tarmac to be raised and the verge reinstated in front of the Cemetery entrance on Lowgate.
The gates will be removed for sandblasting, repairs and re-painting once the weather has improved.
Resolve on ashes memorial application – Holbeach Memorials
The Council Resolved to accept this application.
12. Highways & Footways 33.23
Update on outstanding matters
Parish Drive-through – The Chairman is meeting Chris Faulkner (Highways Officer) on 3rd April, to review any issues in the Parish.
To report any new matters.
Limewalk – there is a very large pothole near the Lutton village sign. It has been reported several times on Fix My Street.

14. Play/Open Areas 35.23
Updated on Playdale Park Equipment installation
The first phase of installation has been completed. The safety fencing has been removed, however, the skip has not yet been collected.
Update on tree donations for Park.
Information to be shared with parishioners at the King’s Coronation celebration event.
Update on funding applications
The Clerk has submitted an Expression of Interest to the UK Prosperity Fund and continues to apply for other funding available in the area.
Resolve on ground maintenance tender
The Council Resolved to accept the one year quote. Three further quotes to be acquired in the summer.
Resolve on tree survey quote
The Council Resolved to accept this quote.
15. Noticeboards 36.23
Resolve on quote for new noticeboard outside School.
The Council Resolved to accept a quote for a noticeboard which the Chairman can install on the current posts outside the school, to replace the current noticeboard.
16. Events 37.23
Easter Bunny visit
The Easter Bunny visit is scheduled for Sunday 9th April from 11am, where the bunny will walk around the village to hand out treats.
King’s Coronation
The Council has Resolved on a budget of £500. There will be an Afternoon Tea event at the Jolly Crispin on Sunday 7th May. There will be a bouncy castle, disco and children’s games.

The Council Resolved to re-appoint the previous internal auditor, at a cost of £100.00.

a. Receive Personnel Panel report for Clerk appraisal
7.55pm The Clerk left the room.
8.00pm The Clerk re-entered the room.
Following a discussion, the Council Resolved to accept the report from the Personnel panel.
There being no more business the meeting closed at 8:10 pm.
