Cllr J Wilkinson checked procedures for payments and receipts, and reconciled accounts with bank statements. As all processes and information reconciled with the Bank Reconciliation the Council resolved to accept it.

This was briefly discussed.

5. Chairman’s Remarks 5.25

The Santa visit went well, was well attended and enjoyed. The new Christmas tree worked well and the Chairman received positive feedback on it.

The Chairman checked headstones in the cemetery, with one requiring a repair.

Councillor Coupland gave an update on the Devolution process for the county.  

Parking issues at Primary School – Cllr Coupland will set a meeting with Highways Officers and the Chairman. Discussed safety concerns due to dangerous parking at school.

-              Puddingpoke Lane

Ongoing issues for vehicles to pass on Puddingpoke Lane. Discussion around making Puddingpoke one-way from the triangle to Barholme Avenue. Cllr Coupland to raise with Highways.

Resolve on Exercise Equipment quote

The Council resolved to accept the quote from Sunshine Gym, for 6 pieces of equipment and two picnic benches.

Discuss future plans for park developments

The Council discussed quotes for football posts, basket ball hoop and swings. Further quotes needed.

Discuss Tree Survey and resolve on quote for works

This was discussed. It is unclear if there are any safety concerns. Clerk to query urgency for recommendations.

Discuss report from Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.

This was discussed. Location for scape to be considered during wetter months and dug out during dry season. Fruit trees to be planted. Wildlife Trust sapling packs to be planted.

Cllr E Woodhouse to approach owner of Jolly Crispin to query permission for addition defib to be added there.
