1. Apologies For Absence with reasons 20.25
The Council resolved to accept apologies from Cllr E Woodhouse and Cllr L Mumbray. Cllr Phillips did not attend.
2. Declarations Of Interest – To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any applications of dispensation. 21.25
Cllr Ludlam declared an interest in Item 10 – Planning Matters.

Update on granite stones
The Chairman received a tonne bag of stones, which was delivered at the cemetery and will be used to top up where needed.
Discuss enforcement of guidelines on wreaths
Discussion around removal of Christmas wreaths by 31st January, as laid out in Cemetery Guidelines. It was agreed any remaining wreaths will be removed.

Update on outstanding matters
Puddingpoke Lane – application to make section one-way – awaiting update from County Cllr Coupland
Parking at Primary school – Cllr Coupland to arrange meeting with Highways and Chairman

14. Play/Open Areas 33.25
Update on Exercise Equipment installation and park developments (Men’s Shed – bird boxes)
The Exercise equipment (6 pieces) and two benches will be installed from 20th March. Men’s Shed can provide bird/bat boxes and Council will provide the posts. Discussion around plans for fruit tree planting, as advised by Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.
Resolve on plan for Tree works
The Council Resolved not to complete the tree works at present, as there are no safety risks identified and funds are limited.
Discuss Village Green fencing
The fencing on the village green alongside Richard Busby way is rotten. The Council Resolved to remove it.
15. Update On New Defibrillator 34.25
The owner of Jolly Crispin pub has confirmed agreement for Defibrillator to be installed on external wall of pub and ongoing electrical costs. Council to cover installation and replacement costs. Clerk to begin funding applications.

Discuss plans for Easter Event
There will be no Easter event held this year.
