The Council resolved to accept apologies from Cllr E Woodhouse and Cllr A Ludlam. Cllr Phillips did not attend.

Resolve to accept Bank Reconciliation (1st Quarter)
Cllr J Wilkinson checked procedures for payments and receipts, and reconciled accounts with bank statements. As all processes and information reconciled with the Bank Reconciliation the Council resolved to accept it.
Discuss Budget Report (1st Quarter)
This was briefly discussed. After the first quarter the budget is at 28% spend.

Memorial Query
The Council discussed a query for a memorial plaque to be placed in the old section. The Council will await the memorial application.
12. Highways & Footways 79.25
Update on outstanding matters
- Puddingpoke Lane – application to make section one-way – Highways to visit and assess the overgrown hedge.
- Parking at Primary school – Transport to move bus stop before Highways will consider further action.

Discuss Garden Allotment resignation
The Council has accepted the resignation for a Garden Allotment, with the agreement to end in September.
14. Play/Open Areas 81.25
Update on Park developments – equipment removal, bird & bat boxes
The old equipment has been removed and topsoil added. Following a period of settlement, further topsoil may be required. Clerk to request quote for ground to be levelled, sprayed and grass-seeded in the autumn. Clerk to obtain quote for rubber surfacing skip.
The Chairman will arrange for bird and bat boxes to be installed.
Resolve on quotes for replacement swings and basketball hoop
The old frames could not be salvages. New quotes for full swing frame to be obtained.
Discuss quote for Garnsgate Road triangle groundworks
This was discussed. Chairman and District Cllr Chairman to visit site to confirm works needed.
15. Update On New Defibrillator 82.25
British Heart Foundation funding is now open. Clerk will submit an application.
16. Resolve On Flower Festival Grant 83.25
The Council resolved to grant £200.00, as per previous years.
